Not all artwork is blurry water lilies, some of it is big steel sculpted into a torqued ellipses that dominates the room and makes you look in awe and remember that moment when you were in its presence. The texture here is smooth with peppery spice, and black cherried liquorice and while the vines JC uses for this cuvee are wild, and dry-grown, every drop is unbelievably refined.

Pyrenees. It’s a joy-evoking wine nirvana where LoFi players like Josh get amazing fruit that carries structure and depth. This wine was left on lees for a year in Burgundian oak and treated with the same care and respect as his Chardonnay's. The result is texture and a wine that shows off the stem rather than the bulb, but with plenty of lemon and hints of stone fruit to keep us all comfortable.
