Tight, chiselled and lifted in style. It’s O.H.’s wine so it’s got plenty of character. For example, it went through full malo, but there’s hardly any evidence of it, just plenty of lemon lip balm and some verbena. If you leave it around thirsty folks, there won’t be a lot left when you come back to it.

100% Xarel-lo grown on chalk and clay soils, then left on skins for 12 days, and in stainless for five months. Xarel-lo usually features bone-dry with a saline snap, and this one builds on that with texture and some orange florals and cleaning, lemon peel acidity.
