We're falling for Charles Oliver. Since meeting him a couple of years ago and deep diving into his wine repertoire, we've found brilliance. This Rosato uses Shays Flat and Landsborough fruit, and has plenty of salty tannins washing through all the candied red fruits, white pepper and layered herbs. Hi Charles.

Upper Yarra restraint and depth here, but it’s still juicy like red cherries, plums and cola nut. Preheat your oven, and dust that chook in peri-peri and garlic. The wine also seems coated in earthy tannins and will win hearts at all potlucks.

Delicate wild cherries. This is lovely – open and supple. It’s a little ‘Victorian’ (light) for Sangiovese but that’s the genius of it because all those moreish fruits come through with some cleansing acidity and freshness.
