Dry-grown in Mount Barker and amongst Galafrey's original 1977 plantings. Lovely lifted aromas pave the way for some green papaya, green apple and a jolt of some delightfully powdery acidity. If you haven't got a whole fish covered in lemongrass on the barbie yet, you better get a move on because this wine is demanding it!
