Australian whisky at its finest! Based in North East Victoria, Leigh and Bree Attwood craft and distill their spirits using 100% Australian farmed and malted grains by way of Voyager Craft Malt. The champion of the mash bill here is heritage Ryecorn, alongside a hint of chocolate malt - this was then matured in ex-Shiraz French Oak. Earthy, dry, and spicy, with a rye bread character, some biscuit-like sweetness, and a long finish. (500ml) 46% ABV
