Hawthorn Estate is a 1-acre privately owned block in the heart of Melbourne, along the banks of the Yarra. Made from mature Chardonnay (67%), Pinot Noir (20%) & Nebbiolo (13%) plantings, that was left on lees for a minimum of 36 months. Lemon Sherbet, bright citrus and a delicate creamy mouth feel.
