Fascinating French Whisky, from Aymeric Roborel de Climens. Having previously worked as a winemaker in Bordeaux for 20 years, Roborel now uses his wine connections to source fresh, quality barrels to mature his stunning whiskies. Distilled in 2016 and bottled in 2020, this was finished in Cabernet Franc Amphore (clay vessels) sourced from Domaine de Bellevue in the Loire Valley. Fresh floral aromatics lead into a palate of rich malt, spice, crushed petals, menthol, and a hint of tannin. (500ml) 51% ABV
