A delectable drop from this relatively new Tasmanian distillery, who started out as a 'gypsy' distiller, collaborating with phenomenal spirit and winemakers around Australia. These days, they work out of a site in Huntingfield, with on-site bond stores holding in excess of 350 casks of maturing single malt whisky. This beautiful single malt aged in American Oak which formerly housed Shiraz is a great entry point to the brand, bringing a wonderfully soft, ripe feel, with strawberries and cream, and an approachable palate. (500ml) 48.3% ABV
