From a single vineyard in the Colli Tortonesi, hand-harvested Timorasso fruit spent 12 hours on skins before being pressed with fine lees and undergoing 18 months of maturation. The resulting wine is textural and concentrated with pear and lemon pith, with a light grapefruit bitterness.
