MT Wines was created by Marco Tovazzi and Portia Monahan in 2017. Marco grew up in northern Italy surrounded by vineyards and developed his passion for winemaking there. He’s passionate about understanding the nuances of different grape varieties and how to best express its potential in the glass.

Portia grew up in rural Australia surrounded by nature. This connection fostered a passion for sustainability. Believing good wine comes from good grapes, they select their growers carefully and adapt their winemaking to the subtleties of each vintage’s fruit.
