A deeply satisfying Cabernet from Margaret River. Deep set blackcurrant is spiked with fresh and dried bay leaf and complemented with a subtle but firm saline edge. Tannins are rich and full with a slight tamarind tang and some gummy chew in a long finish. Gorgeous structure, delicious.
