This delectable Australian single malt whisky was aged in American Oak ex-Bourbon barrels for three years, moved to apera (Australian Sherry) barrels from the iconic Seppeltsfield in the Barossa for 12 months, then back to American Oak for an additional year. The resulting whisky is wonderfully layered, with waves of complexity from its time maturing in the different barrels. Notes of spiced honey, dried fruits, vanilla, peach syrup, lavender, and nougat.
