Made with a blend of equal parts 10-month-old Saison and 10-week-old Saison. Sobremesa has brought together the best characteristics of each Saison for a beer layered with the complexity of an aged ale and the fresh vibrancy of a younger, hoppier beer. Expect notes of ripe orange, passionfruit and juniper berry intermingling with some well-placed brett funk.
