Who is Gembrook Hill?
Founded by Ian and June Marks in 1983, Gembrook is now one of the oldest vineyards in the Upper Yarra sub-region. Following the philosophy that wine is made in the vineyard, Gembrook apply an old-world mindset to a minimal-intervention approach.
Fruit is harvested by hand and minimal to no filtration is used before ageing exclusively in French oak. Their wines exemplify the Yarra Valley’s cool climate wines with high acidity, refined fruit flavours and balanced structure.
