Italian Pastis might not be on your drinks radar, but trust us when we say that you're going to want to try this one out! Argalà is based in Bove, a small town in the foothills of the Maritime Alps. Established in 2011, their artisan spirits and liqueurs are made using traditional methods and flavoured with a mix of locally-foraged and mindfully-imported ingredients. Their Pastis is made with a wheat spirit base and mix of 35 botanicals, with muscovado sugar added post-distillation to give it its golden brown hue. Complex with a delightfully balanced sweetness.
