Trading in the typical Shiraz profile of sweet, oozing fruits and new oak, this is a more savoury and spicy take on Australia's beloved grape variety. Black plum, red cherry, smoked bacon, nutmeg, and cracked pepper, with a wash of silty tannins giving it some lovely structure. This screams barbecue wine. (2L)
