Pitch perfect cool climate Chardonnay from the high altitude Tumbarumba region.
The fruit was whole-bunch pressed and fermented in French oak, where it was aged on lees for about 10 months, undergoing full malolactic fermentation. Flinty and floral aromatics, with a full yet focussed palate of lemon curd, brioche and gunsmoke.
