Run by Alain Pabiot and his son Jerome, the domaine dates back to 1880. Based in the village of ‘Les Loges’ it covers 29 hectares in Pouilly-Fumé across 30 separate parcels of vines.
This 100% Sauvignon Blanc comes from varying terroirs and shows some lovely richness and a little texture. A hint of citrus zest and green herb finished with a nice mineral laden edge.
