Who is Noisy Ritual?
Noisy Ritual started when Cam Nicol found a concrete wine fermented under his house. His good mate Alex Byrne organised half a tonne of grapes, they stomped them and made some low-tech wine. And just like that, the idea for Melbourne’s first permanent urban winery was born. The pair aim to demystify the winemaking process and bring good people, food and wine together.
