This is an absolutely cracking non-vintage sparkling, from one of Tasmania's longest-running family-owned estates.
vDelamere's NV Sparkling Cuvée is a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, with 30% coming from a reserve wine that brings a beautiful toasty complexity into the fold. Having spent four years on lees, there's an abundant richness to this wine with notes of brioche, toasted nuts, and leatherwood honey, propped up by bright green apple and citrus from the younger portions of the cuvée.
