One of the most prolific producers in the Adelaide Hills, Shaw + Smith continue to amaze us with beautiful wines, year in, year out.
Sourced exclusively from blocks three and four in their Lenswood vineyard, this is a fine boned and elegant example of Chardonnay and shows off the unique character of the site. Whole bunches were chilled over night, pressed and fermented in French oak, before spending a further 10 months in the barrel. Flavours of nectarine and apple are met with notes of cedar and smoke, resulting in a delicious and delicate rendition of Chardonnay.
