This delicious Tassie Pinot Gris is made with fruit from vineyards in the Tamar Valley, the North West and the Derwent Valley, and uses three different ferments.
A portion of the fruit is fermented on skins, another in seasoned barrels and the remaining 60% is fermented in tank, before being blended and matured on lees. The result is a beautifully rich wine with some pastry dough richness and notes of apple tarte tatin.
