Established in 1925 with only one hectare of vines Joseph Dananchet who wanted to make Chardonnay his speciality.
Fast forward 90+ years, the vineyard is still a family run operation that has expanded to eight hectares with certification in organics and practices biodynamics.
This cuvee is lovely and expressive, grapefruit citrus, orange oil, lime leaf and a creamy edge. There is still a nice tension through that keeps you going back for more.
