Viticulturists turned wine makers Suzi Hilder & Wayne Ahrens decided to make wine using their own fruit as it was just too good to pass up. Their wine making approach is minimal, natural ferments, minimal adjustments, and minimal oak to really let the vineyard speak for itself through the wines. 

They own two vineyards, one in Eden valley and the other in Vine Vale. Both vineyards have spent majority of the life being organically farmed and now is in the process of converting to biodynamics.
