Warm and spicy GMS blend from Barossa that treads the line between power and freshness so well - and without being clobbered by oak!
Made from near equal proportions of Grenache, Mataro and Shiraz that was fermented in a mix of stainless steel and oak puncheons. Each variety is bringing something to the table here - savoury spice and ferrous iron from the Mataro, cherry liqueur and fresh acidity from the Grenache, and a kiss of sweet raspberry and firm tannins from the Shiraz. A complex and considered Rhône-style blend that is a joy to drink now, but will reward those with the patience to cellar!
