If there was ever a perfect wine to be drunk alongside fish & chips, this is it.
Vermentino, from Parish Hill, and Cortese, from Ashton, were fermented on skins for two days before spending six months in tank getting friendly. Salty and savoury, with lemongrass, lemon balm and some flinty tightness. It's not required to drink this by the sea, but it certainly wouldn't hurt.
