This uses fruit from 11 sites across the Curly Flat estate, carefully chosen to represent each site's distinct character.
The result is a tight and punchier Pinot Noir than we've seen from Curly before. Beautifully balanced fresh red fruit and raspberries are met with a lovely dusting of tannin, sweet cinnamon spice and moreish acidity. A light saline note and some very gentle whole bunch influence adds to the intrigue.
