Seriously good LoFi Sav Blanc–this is all class.
Quartz and saline on the nose lead to a wonderfully textural palate, with some lemon rind and hints of green herb, while remaining saline and mineral. Half the wine was direct pressed to tank, with the other half destemmed and whole bunches into neutral oak. An excellent NZ bottle that would appeal to devotees of the Loire Valley's natural wine offerings.
