Delightfully tropical in style, hints of grass peek through without tipping into the herbaceous territory; with pineapple, green mango and passionfruit balanced beautifully on the palate. Sauvignon Blanc was among the original plantings at Wangolina back in 1999, and fruit from these vines was wild fermented in seasoned oak before resting on fine lees for a further five months.
