There's plenty of citrus up front with clementine, mandarin and skin, with hints of marzipan. A richness of weight is complimented by some more creamy character, familiar firm phenolics and hints of granite minerality, with touches of stonefruit present. Give this time to settle in your glass and you'll be greatly rewarded. As usual, the Beechworth cuvée is the richest of Adrian's three releases.

Who is A Rodda?
Adrian Rodda moved to Beechworth to start his own winemaking label after spending more than a decade at Oakridge Wines in the Yarra Valley. It's safe to say that Adrian's knowledge of crafting wines from Chardonnay is up there with the best in the country, making several cuvées with fruit sourced from multiple sites across Victoria.
