Excellent Vermentino from the Koerner brothers made with Clare Valley fruit.
A nice, fresh line of citrus runs through this absolute thirst-quencher, with savoury meal and pith, and some lively acidity weaving its way across the fleshy palate. This spent 20 days on skins in open top fermenters before the free run juice and pressings were aged for seven months in stainless steel.
