A traditional Côtes du Rhône blend, made predominately with Grenache, with the remainder balanced with Syrah, Mourvèdre and Cinsault, that was fermented in concrete with wild yeasts. It's dark and savoury, with a melange of red and black berries, firm structure and sage-like herbs. Serious, full-bodied yet nimble on its feet, with a lovely core of fruit.
