Whole bunch pressed to oak barrels (35% new) with just 10% of the wine going through malolactic fermentation. Notes of nectarine, grapefruit pith, and jasmine taper into a lengthy saline finish. It's a fantastic vintage for this wine, with taught and direct acid tension coming from the cooler growing season.
