An ale made using lightly pressed Lambrusco Maestri skins from the 2022 harvest, grown by the Chalmers family who have long championed Italian grape varieties in Australia. The skins were then transported back to Marrickville and soaked for six months on both fresh and aged ale, and fermented with yeast and bacteria from native flowers in New South Wales.

The resulting brew has a vibrant plum hue, with some lovely tannin from its extended time on skins, with sweet red fruit aromas and a deliciously dry and savoury palate.
