Lone Star Creek Vineyard started out as contract growers in the Yarra Valley in 1997, producing stellar quality cool-climate grapes for other producers in the region.
Luckily for us, a cool 20 years later they started their own label, with Hoddle Creek's Franco D'Anna working his vinous magic with their fruit. There's loads of character here while retaining delicious freshness—expect mandarin oil, red apple with balancing citrus-lined acidity, and a lovely copper hue.
