Our brand new Bistro series is an ode to the European styles we love to drink, made a little closer to home.
A modern and pure Chardonnay serving up everything there is to love about this variety in spades. Pristine notes of grapefruit and lemon citrus and balm. Deftly light-medium-weighted, with a line of pure, clean acidity woven through.
Coming from three sites in the Yarra Valley and aged in a mix of French oak barriques, puncheons and foudre for eight to nine months.
