This is the latest project from the Dhillon family, whose Bindi wines you may be familiar with. Still set in the beautiful Macedon Ranges, but this time producing some wonderful local Riesling!
In the glass, vibrant fruit shines through, with notes of lemon sherbet, lime, and grapefruit; balanced by a subtle savoury complexity. Svelte on the palate, with bright acidity, and chalky mouthfeel. Another fantastic example of Victorian Riesling to add to your "To Drink" list.
