Handpicked and sorted Roussanne from old vines, planted in limestone heavy soils was pressed as whole bunches before fermentation in concrete eggs and a short maturation in stainless tanks. An elegant wine of great finesse from the inimitable Dominique Hauvette and one that remains firmly planted on our list of favourite Southern French whites.
