This collaboration brings together Wildflower's Topher Boehm and the legendary saison brewer, Dany Prignon of Fantôme. Miniscule amounts of this brew made it to Australian shores—it's not to be missed!
Made back in June 2021, this is mashed with pale malted barley, hopped with noble varieties, and as is the hallmark of Fantôme, spiced with a selection of delicious adds. One of those was Old Man Saltbush leaves, harvested from Sam and Chris Greenwood's farm in Coleambally, where Wildflower sources its barley.
The resulting beer is endlessly drinkable and brings Australian native flavours to a classic Belgian beer. This is one for Wildflower's history books!
