After harbouring a love for off-dry German Riesling, Rainbo and Gareth at Gentle Folk decided they just had to give the style a go again this vintage.
Fruit from the Scary Gully vineyard was pressed as whole bunches before fermenting and resting in terracotta eggs for eight months. The result? A delicious, textured Riesling with deftly balanced sugar and acidity.
