You'd be forgiven for mistaking this plush Cab Franc for a young Bordeaux at a blind tasting!
Laden with brambly blackberries alongside red and black currants at the fore, with a lovely spice line and whole bunch herbal notes sitting beautifully within the wine, with a nice clench of chalky tannin. Some extra time on skins adds a textural component to that wine that's just begging for a cozy blanket and a good book.
