True to its name, La Petite Soif (or The Little Thirst for the non-French speaking folk) is honest, vibrant and purely delicious. Eden Valley florals, think violets and lilacs, are grounded beautifully by the Barossa's hallmark earthy base notes.

Grenache from Krondorf—generously donated by Paul Heinicke—was fermented as whole bunches, with a little foot crushing, for a lifted rendition of the variety coupled with some tight n' chalky tannins. Syrah complements the Grenache beautifully and brings freshness and vibrant acidity to the glass thanks to the earlier picked fruit.
