A bottle from Chalmers’ first Malvasia plantings. The grape is mostly found in Fruili and is common in Croatia and Slovenia. Imagine ripe pear, citronella, and a little herb leaf, sounds delicious, doesn’t it? Unfiltered and unfined means a good texture here and some savouriness. Delicious with gyoza, dumplings, dim sum, pot stickers and pierogies.
