There's a lovely flowing texture—thanks to some time spent in a ceramic egg on full lees—washing through flavours of lychee, apple and spicy ginger, plus some time on skins brings mandarin peel bitterness, notes of citrus oil and a hint of rosewood-like chew. If this could talk, it would say. "I'm not like other wines."
