Sourced from a single vineyard in Hope Forest, in the Adelaide Hills, the fruit for this wine was lightly skin-fermented before barrel aging. The resulting wine isn't shy, with notes of feijoa, citrus leaf, and passionfruit seed intermingling with some lees character for a deliciously intriguing drop.
