A Cabernet Sauvignon dominant blend complemented with Merlot, Malbec, and a small portion of Petit Verdot. The fruit for this wine is meticulously sorted to ensure only the best berries make it into the wine, with the Cab Sauv crushed to build structure throughout the fermentation, while the other varieties are kept whole to encourage perfume and freshness in the glass.
