Super guzzlable Cab Franc that's been hand-picked and sealed for 14 days to undergo carbonic maceration before being pressed and transferred to an oval egg to mature. The result is overflowing with lovely red florals, red currants, herbs and hints of the varieties autumnal leaf and cayenne pepper notes on the nose. Plenty of that carries over to the palate, with more red currants and herbs, some dusty tannin and another kick of that cayenne spice.
Could be drunk with a chill—but not too cold—if that's ya vibe.
