If you'd like to explore the renowned Pinot Noirs from this Macedon producer, we'd recommend picking this bottle!
The first vines on Bindi vineyard were planted in 1988 by winemaker Michael Dhillon and his father Bill. The Dixon Pinot Noir is a composite blend featuring fruit from these original plantings, along with the Kaye vineyard. Red and black fruit is complemented perfectly by layers of earth, spice, and some building texture. A good one to put in your cellar and dust off in five years or so.
