A scintillating value Riesling sourced from two sites in the Eden Valley, with some of the vines aged 100 years old.
Aromatically charged with lemon drop, lemon barely, crunchy granny smith apple and a whiff of struck match. A perfect seafood vino with a palate that is crisp, with finger lime, lemon citrus, a little herbaceous note, some pithy chalk and stony mineral feel all drawn together by a lovely long line of fresh acidity.
