Made from 100% Pinot Noir, this cuvee is made from a selection of plots in the Cotes des Bar in the Aube Valley, which sits closer to Chablis than it does to Reims.
Elegant in style for all Pinot Noir with beguiling aromas of subtle brioche, light red fruits, peach tea, red apple, with a draw of orange pekoe and bergamot. While giving and open, this finishes precise and dry, with notes of sourdough, light cherry and red apple. Palate has a fine medium weight, highlighting the delicious balance of Pinot Noir grown in Kimmeridgian soil.
